Hostess is very communicative

Pros: The pool area was great and the space Cons: I was unaware that I had to pay the balance in cash. The Wi-Fi was terrible the second bathroom toilet flushed slowly also the microwave was dirty

Pros: Area , private pool Host was fabulous Cons: The only issue we had was there were not enough towels no pool/beach towels no lounge chairs for the pool area except one which was ok we took turns We needed to buy toilet paper , paper towels and any and all cooking supplies like salt pepper spices etc

Great time had by all . Would def stay again

Pros: Ricky’s property was in a perfect centrally located location on the island. We were 15 mins from almost anything. We loved that we were in a local neighborhood vs the touristy area. It gave us a much better feel for the island. Ricky was a gracious host and very excellent communication before, during and after. Having the rental van was essential and airport pickup and drop off was so wonderful! Nothing but good things to say about this property. We spent hours on the back patio pool area. Thanks so much Ricky for making our Aruba trip so fantastic! Cons: -

Pros: Great facilities: airco in all rooms, pool, outside bathroom. Anytime we had a question the owner would respond or pass by immediately. Great value for money! Cons: Some items did not work properly like the dishwasher and one toilet.

Great value for money in spacious books with great service!

Pros: The house was very comfortable. Made it hard to go out. Sometimes, i just wanted to stay inside the whole day even though the trip was to explore Aruba. We loved the outside area, especially the pool. The beds were really comfortable. Cons: The wifi was terrible, but apparently, this issue is because of the company. Thus, it is out of the owners control. The air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen didn't work well. It was more of a fan.

Pros: This home was very clean. The owners were very helpful. They gave us recommendations for places to shop, eat, etc. The area this home is located in is quiet and easy to get around. The price for what you get in this home really exceeded our expectations. The outside area with a pool and covered seating was really nice and the outside bathroom was an unexpected surprise and great for a beach destination. You get a lot for the price they are asking. Cons: There is a lack of storage in the secondary bedrooms. The master had plenty of storage. I am not really the kind of person who likes to live out of my suitcase. There was no closet, hanging rack, or dresser for putting clothes away. The bedrooms could also use lamps on the nightstands.

Great place to hangout with family and friends.

Pros: I liked how there was a lot of gadgets to make cooking easier. Cons: Nothing really.

Exceptional

Pros: The backyard was excellent! Cons: There were many issues with the maintenance of the house. Dishwasher didn’t work, no dish soap, no wash cloths , no dishcloths, no strainer, no pots for cooking in the oven, no batteries in remotes, no garbage bags, beach chairs are broken, no outlets in the bathrooms. The drain in the master shower not functional. TVs issues with passwords. The toilet caused a flood. Owner didn’t maintain the pool during our stay. The washer and dryer are outside.

The stay was great! Owner needs to have a checklist of all the maintenance and items in the house.

Wonderful

Pros: The overall outdoor space, kitchen, and living room area were very spacious. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a water cooker, air fryer, toaster, sandwich grill, coffee machine, rice cooker, microwave and blender which were things we used often. Also, the hosts were exceptional, friendly, giving, and ready to help at every moment of the day. We felt very welcomed by Ricky and his wife. Thank you so much for that. Cons: During our stay the dishwasher was not usable which made clean up after meals a chore with 6 adults staying here. Also, we did have some minor issues in the home on seperate occasions but with that being said, Ricky and his wife helped solve these issues in a timely manner, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They even baked us a delicious Aruban cake for the inconvenience which we really appreciated. But overall we did have a nice stay here and will consider staying here again in the future.

Family home with great outdoor space

Pros: Spacious and beautiful home! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Inlove with the backyard, pool, bar, grill station. We didn't had enough time to enjoy it all. Thank you sooo much for our farewell chocolates ! Cons: Its just a little little bit far from Palm beach etc.. But we enjoyed getting to know a more local neighborhood than what we were used to in Aruba.

How I wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy it All!

Pros: Cataleya Villa is the best place to stay at Aruba. Cataleya Villa is a clean, spacious and is centraly located. A BIG 10. The best host i ever encountered in all the places i have visited in my life. The description of the villa is accurate. I would like to invite each and everyone to come stay at Cataleya Villa. The host was humble,generous and pending of all the guest needs. I would like to thank Ricky and wife from the bottom of my heart. Cons: -
