Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for sightseers and budget travelers seeking exceptional value. Its prime location between the airport and downtown Napier offers easy access to numerous non-touristy bars, restaurants, and the marina. The property stands out with its convenient lift access to all floors and a complimentary guest laundry room. Guests consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff and the generously sized, flavorful burger from the on-site restaurant. For those seeking tranquility, requesting a room in the "roundhouse" with access to a common patio is recommended.
