Review summary

Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews

This hotel is a budget-friendly urban hub ideal for sightseers and solo travelers seeking value and convenience. Its prime location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the historic center and directly accessible to the Alameda train station, makes exploring the city effortless. Guests consistently appreciate the 24/7 complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby, a standout amenity. The staff consistently receives praise for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, complementing the varied, though sometimes inconsistent, breakfast offerings. For a quieter experience, guests should request a room not facing the main street.
