The Vistana Penang Bukit Jambul apartments are nicely done up and comfortable with all the mod cons required for a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a suite wing with comfortable and spacious suites that are great for families said guests. The suite wing also has an executive lobby serving snacks and beverages through the day.
The staff at the hotel is quick and efficient about dealing with complaints and problems of guests. The staff is responsive and also friendly and courteous said guests.
There is a shopping mall and several restaurants and eating out options close to the hotel. It is also possible to get to several of the city's top attractions conveniently. The hotel also offers free parking.
Several guests booked the suites at the Vistana Penang Bukit Jambul expecting apartment like facilities with a kitchen but were disappointed. While some rooms did not have kitchens, others had kitchens that were locked and inaccessible. The sofa beds provided are not as spacious as some guests expected.
One guest said that the Wi-Fi was iffy and unreliable while others said that the air conditioner was either noisy or not working properly.
