Perfect location for sightseeing.

This hotel is ideally located for you if you’re here to see the sights. All the tourist hotspots can be reached within a fifteen-minute walk which means that there is no need to rely on taxis or public transport during your stay.

Surprisingly clean facilities.

It’s not often that you find budget accommodation like this that is so clean and in such good condition. The kitchen facilities are known to be quite good and are a great bonus for those that are travelling on a budget.

Free Wi-Fi a nice bonus.

When staying in budget accommodation you usually have to pay for the privilege of checking your emails but the management at this hotel have decided to provide free access for all. A nice little surprise for guests.

Negative Reviews

Noisy at night.

This hotel enjoys a great location right by all the bars and restaurants but unfortunately it also means that you cannot get a good night’s rest at the weekend. If you are a light sleeper, then you should ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

Towel shortage in Edinburgh.

It seems that there must be a towel shortage in the area as there are very few available in the hotel. Even if you pay the deposit to get your hands on one, it doesn’t mean you actually will get to use one.

Mattresses need to be replaced.

A few guests have mentioned that the mattresses are not up to much so you may end up having a bad night’s sleep. However at such a cheap price there are many that this is acceptable for a budget hotel.
