Darfield

Darfield Motel is placed in a small rural town,30 minutes from Christchurch International airport. It is the gate way to two key scenic highways, Aurthers Pass and the middle highway towards the South. It is surrounded by beautiful country side and has the Alphine train only 2 minutes walk to catch. It is known for its wonderful walks, fishing, skiing, biking, ballooning, jet boating, and many other out door activities. It is only 30 minutes from Christchurch city.
A wide range of rooms to choose from. Three bedroom units. A lodge unit, Family Units, Spa Unit, access units and normal studio units. All have kitchens separate bathrooms, DVDs with free DVDs to choose from, free WiFi, and Sky T.V.
There is modern laundry facilities, and two play grounds for children on our street.
Darfield is a small town but has a range of restaurants, grocery store, retail and rental ski store. The ski feild, Porters and Mount Hutt are only 45 to 50mins from Darfield. The ski hire shop is across the road from the motel. We provide free parking for all our guests and on request can look after guests cars if travelling on the Alphine express train.
