Positive Reviews

Bargain accommodation in central location

Bargain hunters looking for accommodation in central Batu Feringghi commend this property for its great location as well as for what they consider to be the excellent value it offers. Set adjacent to Batu Feringghi's Night Market, guests have great access to a vast selection of food stalls as well as to the palm-lined beaches for which this Malaysian resort town is widely known.

Friendly and helpful team

This inn's reception desk is open for business 24/7, and while this is indeed a handy feature for those arriving at odd hours, many more are quick to praise the friendliness with which they are greeted. Guests feel that the warmth of the reception team here significantly adds to their overall experience at this city centre property.

Negative Reviews

A lack of lift

This small property doesn't have a lift, something that routinely proves to be a challenge to those arriving with large, heavy luggage and guests with mobility issues. Those assigned rooms on the third floor of this three-storey inn really dislike having to haul their bags to the top floor.

A lack of locks

A lack of security is a common grievance here. More specifically, new arrivals routinely observe that the individual rooms and guest units are without locks. Many are completely baffled by this lack of latches, a point that leaves arrivals no choice but to take security matters into their own hands. Many report propping chairs against the inside of doors to make their units secure.
