Luxury apartments and houses are centrally situated. They feature simple, contemporary style, Egyptian cotton sheets and adorning the walls; works from local artists. Modern day necessities such as flat screen television and DVD player are included, as are a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator and microwave – and a bathroom with complimentary toiletries.

Ranging from Jane Austen’s home, to Georgian Terraces near the Royal Crescent and a penthouse overlooking Queens Square; Bath Boutique Stays can accommodate up to twelve guests in the quality surroundings that are associated with this Georgian city.

Guests tiring of the concept of self catering find comfort in the city’s numerous establishments, including: Bistro La Barrique and Firehouse Rotisserie.

Positive Reviews

Great welcome

Bath Boutique Stays’ people check you in and make sure that you have everything you need - including information - so that you can enjoy a really special and enjoyable break. Accommodation is impressive, so no quibbles about small, drab hotel rooms and things that don’t work!

Impressive locations

Whether opting for a luxury penthouse or an authentic Georgian terrace; all are centrally located and so are near to shops, pubs, restaurants and iconic places of interest. A nice little ‘extra’ can be complimentary vouchers for such things as breakfast. It’s a sprat to catch a mackerel really, because they know you’ll be impressed and keep returning there.

Freedom of choice

You are not dictated to by hotel meal times, so you have the freedom to amble around at your own pace, save a few pennies if you want to eat in, or lash out with a meal in your, now, favourite Bath restaurant.

Negative Reviews

Parking problems

Permits are provided, so you may strike lucky and find a space. There is, though, no other solution than to drive around and probably finish up in a pay and display area. Free, unlimited, parking in the centre of Bath, is. as rare as hen’s teeth.

Take an early - cold - Bath

Depending on the number of people you’ve booked in, bathroom and toilet facilities may not be sufficient, resulting in depleted hot water supplies Access to top floor ‘penthouses’ can be perilous for those with a disability and noise can be a problem with street facing rooms *Remember, Bath is busy and you are in the thick of it!

Not a cheap option

Bath, generally, is very expensive but ‘Bath Boutiques’ seems particularly so; particularly when considering the lack of facilities for larger numbers, the noisy pub opposite, street noise and the coldness experienced in some rooms.
